This my example of a Slow Motion photo. Here, we have Max walking in the middle of the road. In order to take this shot I needed a low shutter speed as well as a high aperture. I chose this photo because I thought it looked unique since Max only appears to have one leg.
This photo is my example of a Freeze Action shot. This is a shot of a water fountain in the middle of the Portland State University campus. In order to take this shot, I increased the shutter speed and adjusted the aperture to my liking. I chose this photo because I thought the water looked cool as it splashed off of the steps.
This photo is an example of a panning shot. Here, we have my good friend, Dahbin running down the sidewalk in order to catch the bus. In order to take this shot, I left the shutter speed at an average speed and kept the aperture at an average speed as well.
This photo is an example of Total Motion because of the fluid blurriness. This is a photo of Will in downtown Portland. In order to take this shot I increased the shutter speed and adjusted the aperture based on the lighting. I also took this by zooming in with my lens as soon as the camera took the picture. I chose this photo because I like the way it turned out.
